My Studio | cape town newborn photographer

Welcome to my studio… I am based in Big Bay just past Bloubergstrand.

I have been a newborn photographer in Cape Town for 11 years, and totally and utterly in love with the job that I get to do.

I am all set up to shoot your little newborn, 6-9 month sitters, and one year old cake smashes….all in a comfy relaxed environment.

I have a kitchen space, where you are most welcome to make tea/coffee as often as you like 🙂

I have DSTV televison and Wi fi for the dads who would like to keep busy during the sessions…

 

 

Then we get the prop corner… just a few of them… I might have a small have a prop problem, there are loads more in my storeroom 🙂

Then we have the fabric backdrops….

and the accessories

 

and the outfits and bonnets…

and the headbands… another slight addiction problem 🙂 

and wraps… love the wraps.. so into wrapping little newborns

and not to forget the little boys…

I have loads of space, so I can set up for abut 6/7 setups in one go….

 

and the sitter outfits for 6-9 month old babies

I shoot with my PLM/Elinchrom studio light system.. just love it 🙂

Beans… I had to put them in here, lifesavers in a bucket! They are never seen in the images, but they used in every single shot, to help with posing your little baby

I shoot with the Canon 1DX camera with a Canon 35mm 1.4 lens…. You cannot get a better combination for newborn photography

 

and then Me 🙂 I will do my very best to make sure your session is as relaxed as possible, trust me to keep your little one safe and sound xxx
